London Efficiency carried out new high efficiency boiler installation works in my house in September 2022 and I was delighted with the high standard of their works and the price for the job as it was about half of what I was quoted by another nearby company. In September 2025 they installed a new shower unit and they did a first class job at a reasonable price. For about 3 years I have had shower with a shelf which is not stable and recently I tried to fix it but failed to do it and I thought it might be impossible to have it fixed but I called London Efficiency and they came around and succee

Completed the boiler service for a good price. Also fixed a minor leak I had under my sink whilst on site. Gave some sound advice for other niggles I have around the flat, and followed up with a no obligation quotation. They were recommended by a neighbour, would happily recommend to others.

Good communication and prompt arrival. Very friendly and professional. Had ordered the wrong unit, so David kindly went out and sourced a replacement himself which meant he could finish the job that day. Have used London Efficiency a number of times now and haven’t used anyone else since. Highly recommend.
