He attended an urgent lock job, opened the door and said the gearbox needed replacing. After returning to fit a temporary lock, he became argumentative and abandoned the job. I repeatedly explained that I was not asking for further work that evening, only whether he could inspect separate door issues and provide a lasting repair. He accused me of being “condescending” and left. Most concerningly, the flat was not left secure. My tenants said the door could not be locked, and he later wrote that he removed the temporary lock because he considered me rude. I would not recommend this business.

Changed our locks on a Sunday at short notice, all sorted within an hour, had a good chat and all for a very good price!

Excellent service. My front door key got stuck in the euro cylinder of my uPVC door. Door was locked but key wouldn’t turn enough to open the door or release it from the lock. I couldn’t get in to my house and needed a locksmith ASAP. Found this local company after a quick google search. Gave them a call and Rashid turned up within 20 minutes. He was able to open the door without breaking the door or frame. The key still wouldn’t release from the cylinder so it needed to be broken too. Rashid did that and replaced the lock. He explained everything, including price. Happy to recommend.

Turned up within the hour and got me access to the property and changed the locks. Would highly recommend.

Rashid is super reliable and managed to get me back in my house after my key had suddenly got jammed due to a faulty lock on the door. Was an emergency late night call out and Rashid was here in 20 mins and got the job done swiftly. Would 100% recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
