  Support to perlin & rafters plus t & g boarding to roof space

  Terry Pethybridge, the principal of the partnership, and Tyler, his apprentice, turned up when they said they would and worked very hard for two days, coping in the process with an unforeseen problem with the electrical circuit for the upstairs lights. As I live alone, it was a pleasure to have their company for the two days. I have been left with a loft space that has been totally transformed and I am very happy with the result, I would not hesitate to ask Terry for help and advice on any future building related issue that might arise .

  I had an extension and new kitchen fitted with London Construction Partnership. They did a great job, they were very reliable and tidy and went above to complete the works. I would use them again and thoroughly recommend.

  Terry and his team are brilliant. We had a loft conversion with en-suite and our second floor bathroom renovated on time and bang on the original price quoted (which was extremely competitive). The team is trustworthy, friendly and happy to help with sound advice and some great ideas for enhancements. We couldn’t be happier with the result and will be using them again, hence the 10 out of 10 rating.
