    Hi Syiun, Thank you for your feedback. I attended urgently on a Saturday when you had no heating and the power was tripping. As agreed beforehand, the call-out and fault-finding rate is £80/hour. Two qualified engineers attended to repair the fault quickly, which helped keep the cost low for you. The issue was fixed within the hour, two damaged sockets were replaced with a £20 discount, and I also repaired another kitchen socket free of charge.     Replacement of fuse box
