Awkward little job involving a long vertical crack, matching existing bricks. Thoughtful and careful repair much appreciated.

This trader was a gem. Not only did he agree to take on a small restoration job, but he went above and beyond sourcing bricks as close to the originals as possible. He was very polite and super helpful (I needed help getting a stuck screw out the floor!). I would highly recommend.

Have used Royce and his team on a few jobs now and the result is always the same; great quality work and always completed in good time. He’s very transparent about costs, labour etc and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Despite the initial responsiveness, they failed to provide a quote or have the courtesy to say that they were not interested in completing the works. We lost project critical days as a result.

When we took down a garden fence we found that our neighbour's flank extension wall had about 2 metres of very poor pointing. We arranged, with their agreement, to get the brickwork repointed. Royce gave an estimate based on our photographs. He attended as arranged and worked quickly and competently to remove defective pointing and repoint to match the rest of the extension wall. The wall looks great now and we are all very pleased with it.
