We needed our shower removed and replaced due to a leak. Mounir did a fantastic and very thorough job ensuring the bathroom walls were level and that the shower was fully sealed and watertight. Fantastic experience all around. The customer service team at PlumbLondon is not only responsive and super-friendly, but actually take initiative - we had our job done a day early because a team member called us with news that our plumber had had a cancellation. The plumber himself was superb, professional and cheerful, worked very efficiently and left us with a brand-new shower in perfect working order. Job location: E10The plumber phoned beforehand and accurately gave his arrival time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and investigated and solved the problem. I was happy with the outcome. The problem turned out to have different cause to that which I thought it was.
