After booking appointment, a gentleman turned up on the day & time of booking. Was very helpful & knowledgable of his trade. He took a few sample whilst also putting my wife's mind at rest. Said we would have results sent to us, that afternoon company emailed results with certificate. Briiliant service all round from this company & wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
