  They forgot to turn up for a simple quote...

  They expressed an interest in a job I posted and contacted me Saturday 3rd August. We agreed they'd come and have a look Sunday between 2pm and 5pm but I asked for a more specific time an was given 2pm -2:30pm. The time came and went and I messaged him at 4:30pm I wasn't happy. This was his response: "Im really really sorry got so busy that I forgot completely about your visit. I do apologise about it" This is not acceptable.

  Overgrown Lawn

  My lawn was very overgrown and the team picked up my request, gave me a very reasonable price, and got the Job done on time and quickly. The best part is it was all on the same day! Ben also gave me great advice how to keep the garden afterwards, and how to prevent weed growing again. Many thanks again! Highly recommend :)
