London 24/7 were able to send someone to help the same day when we lost our power. This was vital because we have medicine which needs to be kept cool in the fridge, so we needed our power back as soon as possible! Robert was able to identify the issue quickly and give us advice on what to do next. Robert has been extremely helpful on a number of occasions and even came out at the end of a long shift, near midnight, to help us with our electricity when we needed it. The staff in the office are also always friendly and keen to help as much as they can.
