Excellent, arrived on time, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. All work completed to very high standard, area left clean after each day. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended. Unlike the ‘bigger’ companies who either didn’t bother calling back or didn’t show up, Niko called straight back and visited that evening. Because of this I got him to do some other work with more to possibly follow.

It's not just about the workmanship and the high quality finish (which was really good), but also about how the builders work with you and look after you. My wife and I felt like we were well looked after. We requested a few minor tweaks here and there, and I made a few mistakes with measurements, and the additional work was carried out without any problem or fuss. For example, one of the snags was to paint a step. Niko came Saturday morning and painted it. My wife stepped on it while it was wet! Niko came back that evening and repainted the step. No problem! They obviously love what they do.

I am very happy with the work. It was skillfully and swiftly done. Niko and his team were courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. At the end all detritus was taken away. Effectively an extra room has been added to my house. I will certainly be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.

The team at Loka Construction were fantastic. We completely gutted the property - we replaced all the windows, doors (both internal and external), re-plastered the walls, installed underfloor hearing, replaced the ceilings, and fitted a new kitchen and bathroom. After discussing our needs and what we wished to achieve, they planned and managed the whole project from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Loka Construction!
