Absolutely delighted, installation was completed in the 3 days as planned. At the end of each day everything was left clean,neat and tidy. I was very pleased with the high quality of work. On completion Steve talked us through how to use the stove. From initial contact, visit for advice with estimate and final price to installation with full instruction of usage and aftercare they have been excellent. I had a great new Stove fitted this week. The whole process from initial contact through the first visit and estimate to fitting was very smooth and Steve was helpful and knowledgable. Logon came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint! Our old (very large!) burner was removed and a new stove replaced beautifully. They guys also lined the chimney and the whole process was done professionally and without any mess! The guys did a terrific job - including a full tutorial and ‘best practice’ walk through once completed. Job location: DT11I could not fault the installation of our new Log Burner which we purchased from Steve. He was very helpful and explained the process from the beginning to the end. He left no mess and was very helpful in sorting out some building material that was left behind from recent work on our flat roof. Personally, I would recommend him for an excellent job well done.
