Tom and Robert came out on time and proceeded to fit the loft ladder that I asked for , the job was carried out expertly and within the given timeframe . I was contacted and given details over the phone. They came to view and quote the job at a convenient time for me. Turned up as booked and installed the loft ladder as required. Lofty Ladders was originally purchased as a franchise in 1987 under the name "Lofty Ladders Installations Kent". For a tidy sum a van with livery, tools and a few leads were handed over. Over the years the company has had 3 owners. A father, then his son after him and after 3 years of working for that son, me.
I take pride in my work as do my employees. We are a family run business with husband, wife, brother, son and daughter involved.
