    Professional from receiving the quote through to having the work carried out. The team was ao efficient and polite. They cleaned up before leaving and were patient with me when delivering training on using the new loft ladders.

    Loft ladder and loft floor boarding

    Kyle and Paul explained everything (3 times in my case) so I understood how I take the loft ladder down and put it back up properly. I can now use my loft better (after 6 years isolation). The area in the loft is much more convenient and easier to use . They cleared the area they worked in, hoovered to a great finish and I am extremely happy with the work they did thank you.

    Very prompt with everything, from survey to complete job. Survey was carried, and job was booked for about 10 days later. Job comple in a very quick and efficient way. All work area was left clean and tidy. Extremely satisfied

    Thoroughly happy with the experience. Good communication and clear pricing. Had to wait a few weeks but the result was worth it. Slight change to the agreed plan but turned out to be better than our original option so still happy. Polite and pleasant to deal with.
