Josh arrived on quote day on time and discussed my requirements and showed me pictures and video of the ladders they provide. A written quote was emailed across the next working day. A price and start date was agreed and work carried out with care and precision. Very polite and made sure all surfaces were protected before work started and cleaned up afterwards.
