  We couldn't be happier! It's always a leap of faith to trust a company when you've found them via a Google search, but I can honestly say from start to finish the service we've received has been faultless. Mark came back to me swiftly after I'd emailed my initial enquiry. All communication was clear, prompt. The site visit was on time, and the plan of works was explained. The quote was sent the same day and again was transparent. Today two of Mark's team arrived on time, very nice chaps, got straight on with the job, left everything spotless and we're THRILLED with the work they've done.

  An excellent job from Lee, Jack and Jake …loft was stripped of old boarding and insulation . New was fitted ..all in one day ! Our experience was positive from first contact , home visit and very detailed quotation . Our home was treated with respect …all floors and stairs covered with fabric protectors……area left clean , clear and hoovered !

  I would not hesitate to recommend Loft Ladder Solutions. They were quick to provide a quote and helpful when I had queries. On the install day they installed new installation, a new loft ladder, boarding and a loft light. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were approachable and friendly and completed the work to a high standard. And even gave the area a thorough clean after. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
