I opted for package 1 for my daughters new build as a house warming gift. They turned up exactly as arranged, fitted the ladder which is sturdy and easy to use and then installed the boards above the insulation to meet the regulations. Fantastic job, no mess and made the best use of the space available… would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. My daughter is delighted with the result and now has plenty of additional space that you just don’t get with new builds and a much cheaper option than buying a 3 bedroom property !

Sean arrived when he said he would, miimum disturbance and mess. Excellent job, wish all contractors were as friendly, clean and efficient.

Sean and his colleague arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and agreed a price for the job. The work was carried out efficiently. Altogether a first class job.

Sean arrived as arranged on Christmas Eve to supply and fit a loft ladder. My loft opening is small, I didn't want to to have to enlarge it if poss so I originally planned to have the telescopic, but Sean said that he would also bring the Easiway loft ladder which was cheaper. You would expect a trades person to try and sell you the expensive one, so was pleasantly surprised that he said the Easiway would fit. After fitting ladder/new loft hatch, he was finished/gone in less than 90 mins. No mess, no fuss Everything explained to me and also demonstrated how to open and shut. Good work Sean

Sean arrived on time and surveyed the landing and existing loft access hatch and clearly explained to us what he thought was the most effective solution. Our landing is quite narrow and therefore he recommended that we did not extend our hatch size but explained that he would need to replace the plastic hatch and surrounds with a wooden versions. He carried out the work very efficiently and quietly and left no mess whatsoever. Sean fully explained the working of the loft ladder and demonstrated that to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for loft ladder installation.

Sean made a new loft hatch and fitted a drop down ladder in the loft. He showed me how to use it safely. He made no mess and told me all the costs up front. I can not fault this work.
