    A Trouble-free Experience

    I thought LoftForce were marvellous. Phil came and measured up, turned up again when he said he would, and fitted the new ladder with no mess and no trouble. He was punctual and polite, and I would definitely recommend him.

    A good job well done

    Phil went through our options for a new, larger loft hatch and ladder, making an excellent job of installing what we decided to have. As we also needed new insulation, he quoted for that too, plus a raised walkway over it as it would be double thickness. He was very helpful in delaying these aspects of the job while major work was carried out on our roof. Once he had access again, he was able to finish everything according to the schedule outlined to us at the outset. We now have safe and easy access to our loft and contents. We would readily call upon Phil again should a need arise.

    Excellent service

    The loft ladder was installed very promptly and the integral work needed was excellent. I was shown how to use the ladder safely. Phil was professional and respectful of property, I would highly recommend Loft Force.
