Thank you to Loft Care's M^^k Ant^ny (MA) & colleague, and Sophie (of office admin)-for a very friendly and prompt in service; MA told me there's no charge because no work was done by MA inspecting/videoing/photographing my loft,-(that in Feb.2026 my landlord had an EPC Surveyor do an EPC Survey and he used his telescopic ladder to inspect the loft,-but he didn't enter the loft area,- he only put his head in the loft area and told me there was a bin liner/bags in the loft)! MA said the loft only had bagging for water tank insulation in the loft!

I had my loft completed by Loftcare Manchester amazing service from start to finish.
