A friendly professional service from start to finish. I had loft boarding south wales come to quote for loft boarding. Joe was knowledgeable and friendly and the only company that didnt try the 'hard sell'. Happily adjusted the quote after visiting to accomosate my late additions. Quote was very competitive. On the date of install 2 lads turned up on the day were amazing, quick, professional, courteous they arrived on the dot, started immediately (had clearly been well informed of the requirements of the job). The team was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they professionally handle everything as promised, but they even returned to assist with some ceiling issues and provided helpful advice. We had our loft/attic boarded by Joe and the team at South Wales Loft Boarding and couldn’t be happier with the service. Boarding your loft for storage is one of the best ways to create space in your home. If you have insulation in the loft you can't use it for storage without having the boarding. The Loftzone system sits above the insulation on rails so it doesn't squash it down and reduce its efficiency. Your insulation will remain protected, you can board as much or as little of your loft as you want to create the storage space you require.
We believe everyone should have safe accessibility into their loft, we have a range of ladders available and all our ladders are compatible with the Loftzone flooring system and can be installed at the same time for professional install. We also offer the fitting of balustrades for optimum safety when accessing and exiting your loft. We can also fit shelving and other storage options.
We offer sheeting of the attic space with a breathable membrane and around loft hatch swell as various lighting options are also available.
We can advise and provide a relocation of the loft hatch to a more accessible and easier access point within the home as well as advice on insulation, ensuring you have the recommended amount of insulation within the attic space to maintain an efficient energy management within your home which is becoming increasing important with the rise of our energy costs!
