We have just had our SkyLark Loft ladder fitted by Stuart. and Connor and Harry at Loft Boarding and we are so pleased with the quality of the ladder, and the quality of the work overall by the team. They worked so hard and answered any questions we had so well. The price was good and the communication whilst we were waiting for the fitting was brilliant. We were kept up to date throughout. The admin team were so helpful, polite and professional at all times. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again without doubt.

Great end to end service. They responded quickly to the first enquiry, came when they said they would, gave a fair price, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and very well, were polite and friendly throughout. Absolutely great experience for us!

The company responded quickly on all occasions, would often phone and if I phoned them, they didn’t keep me waiting for ages before replying. The work was done to a very high standard and Stewart, the boss, checked the work afterwards as it was quite an involved process. All the workmen respected my property and explained what they were doing. They tidied up very well. Nothing was too much trouble. Stewart even killed a wasp for me! It’s really lovely to meet tradesmen who actually care about their customers.

As title says, excellent from start to finish. Survey undertaken within a day of quote request via contact form, quote received same day and work carried out within 2 weeks. Surveyor took time to discuss all the options and the best ladder system to get. Before installation, given a couple of potential install days and contact made the day prior to install to make sure I was happy with everything. Install team arrived on time and completed work quickly and left the site in perfect condition.

Once I called for a quote they were very quick to come out and survey, explain & advise on service required. Reasonable quote given within a couple of days by email. Within about a week from quote they arranged to carry out fitting. Arrived promptly. We’re very polite young men who prepared space & completedout excellent work quickly & neatly. Will highly recommend. All staff very friendly & helpful. Thank you
