All our outside drains were completely blocked upto the top. We couldn’t clean it our selves and so I decided to ring Loflow as it was fixed price, which is wonderful to know that one doesn’t get confused. Mike was very pleasantly answered and told me he will come tomorrow to fix it. We were very pleased with the work he carried, efficiently and tidy. We would happily recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Mick.

Mick of LOFLO DRAINS, is not only extremely professional but he turned up on time, he’s got all the correct equipment in order for him to do a perfect job. He is polite and personable and he made sure all the area he’d been working in was completely clean after he’d solved our problems. Sent an email to Mick at LoFlo for help with a slow draining kitchen sink which I had been unable to clear. Mick phoned my mobile and we agreed a suitable day, with Mick saying he would contact me an hour before arriving. True to his word I got the phone call and Mick arrived on time. I described the problem and Mick told me what he was planning on doing and then went to his van to unload his kit of pipes, cameras, etc. Mick resolved the problem in about 30 -40 minutes and gave the drains a really good flush. Top quality service, at a great price from a really good guy..

Mike came on time and was very friendly and professional, to unblock our outside drain after futher inspection with his camera could see that it was a bigger job then he could do and we would need to go through house insurance, but he tried his best and didn't cost the earth as some do, would diffo use him again and recommend to anyone Thankyou Mike
