The drains were completely blocked, I couldn't clear them. Mike showed up with a beast of a pump which dislodged a fountain of mud and leaves, leaving them squeaky clean. Great expertise and service at a reasonable price.

Very prompt to respond after others had not bothered replying. Polite, courteous, respectful and very professional. Turned up as promised, straight forward pricing and clear communication. Got the work done with the minimum fuss and left everything clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend A+++

I called Mick at LoFlo after having been let down by a previous drain company. I called around 4pm and he was out at my house 8:30 am the next morning. Unfortunately the work I had hoped to be completed to fix my drain couldn't be done the way the previous company had told me (no dig fix). Mick took the time to explain and show me why it couldn't be done this way and then identified where the drain ran under my patio and came up with a new plan on how to fix it. Will be booking in for the fix once I've dug up the patio!! Great service from Mick and have already recommended him to others.

I had an unpleasant smell coming from my drains. Got in contact with LoFlo drains and Micheal came out next day. Very good service and very reasonably priced, will definitely be a returning customer ☺️

Michael at Loflo Drains sorted our blocked drains with the minimum of fuss and his obvious expertise. Excellent communication from first phone call, friendly and happy to explain the process. Reassuring to see the cleared drain on his camera after the blockage is cleared. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LoFlo again and will happily recommend them to anyone with drain problems.
