MARK ARRIVED ON TIME, STRIPPED ALL THE MECHANISM FROM THE FRONT DOOR, FOUND AND REPAIRED THE FAULT, ONLY TOOK ONE HOUR. DOOR NOW LOCKS AND UNLOCKS AS IF NEW.EXCELLENT BLOKE!!
