    Two broken locks

    We had two locks that were broken. Both repaired very quickly and with great communication throughout. Would use again if needed.

    Front door and external door

    Peter phoned up immediately and arranged a suitable time to do the work .Advised me about another door and ordered the part straight away . He returned when convenient and fitted the other door lock . I was very impressed with his knowledge and workmanship and would highly recommend him . He was very polite and courteous and all I want to say is thankyou .

    Replacement of Broken Lock

    Came home to find that we couldn't unlock our side door. Pete attended quickly and found the problem. He also 'eased' our back door lock as we needed to use this door. He returned the next day with a new lock and fitted it quickly. He was also thoughful enough to bring a lock with several spare keys! I would certainly use him again and cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Front door lock

    Came home to find front door lock totally jammed, luckily we could get in through back door. Called Lock-Wise Services and Pete was able to get to us within the hour. It turned out be a nightmare of a job for him. He was able to get the door open after much effort and was able to fit a temporary lock. After ordering a replacement he came back and fitted a permanent one with extra keys for the family. We can highly recommend him and cannot praise him enough!!!
