Phoned this company after seeing excellent reviews. Expected to wait hours for them to be able to help. All sorted well within the hour! Would highly recommend 👍

Called Lock Tech Solutions after our front door decided not to close whatsoever!! This was around 2pm on a Friday, and he was here by 4pm on his way home from a job. He knew instantly the issue and put a temporary mechanism in until the one he ordered could be fitted. This made us feel safe in our home knowing the temporary fix would keep us secure. He turned up on Monday as he was passing with our new one and it was fitted immediately! Cannot thank him enough for doing this so quickly. Polite and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!! They came on time and carried out the work efficiently . The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Needed a new lock mechanism asap as the lock broke the morning we were going away. John came out within the hour and fitted a temporary lock while he sourced a new part for when we returned. Great service.

John turned up in a very timely manner, changed the lock for me and the cost was very reasonable for a Saturday morning emergency call.
