We’ve called John out twice now and each time he arrived quickly, was professional and diligent. John also gave us advice on the type of lock we have and how to stop the issue reoccurring. The price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend!

Old lock mech. was not repairable so replaced .Also old handles were not compatable with new mech. so also replaced . John told us the approx cost before work started and final cost was close to estimate . Very pleased with quality of work , cost and timescale .
