    Very professional. Quick communication from the time I posted the job on this site. Karl arrived within the time slot we had agreed and completed the work in an efficient time. I had something that needed fixing urgently and something else that could have been left to another time... I was never pressured to spend more than I needed to which is always appreciated, but I ended up getting everything done anyway. Would definitely recommend!
