Can’t tell you how pleased I was with Murad’s work! I don’t usually write reviews but he was very thorough with the job. Exceptional service. Described what was wrong and fixed the internal mechanism that had a broken part. Also the door servicing was brilliant, sorted out the speed of fire door shutting as well re drilling the hinges of the door which was imbalanced and was causing a problem. Highly recommend.. we’ll definitely use again

Installed a smart lock on front door

Good professional job well done; lock working well. Only negative was going way over the estimate, with little bits that were never spoken of before like call out charge; but when the manager heard, he refunded those parts back. So agree up front about any charges; the job itself was really well done.

I had a positive experience. Gentleman arrived on time and was very polite and efficient.

Window was fixed super quick and was reasonably priced! Would absolutely use again!
