I was quoted £150-£200 for replacement of one window handle that had broken and another window that needed fixing (either faulty locking mechanism or lock/handle). They replaced both handles and made one window easier to close as it was catching. At the end I was charged £297!! I queried it and said I wasn't happy but he said it was the call out charges etc (which was not made clear on the original quote). I was a little intimidated as he stood over me whilst I did a bank transfer. He charged me £160 for two handles! I have messaged him asking why they were so much but no response.

I had an amazing experience with Tradesman. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They were incredibly patient, understanding, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. The quality of work was top-notch, and their attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend them for any and all house projects—you won’t be disappointed!

Locksmith alliance Ltd were quick at responding and came out the same day. I had quite a complicated lock but this was no trouble for them. Excellent 5 star service.

They were punctual, effective communication, proactive and neat job. I hope the job will last.

Had a very quick response to the job request, and booked for our locks to be changed on moving day (probably not my best decision). The guy turned up, and managed to do the locks while having to deal with furniture coming in an out. He then fiddled with the door hinges for a while trying to realign it, as the lock was a little stiff. It's still a little stuff, but I'm hoping it will loosen up over time with use. If it doesn't, it's under guarantee. Only issue: after he left, I had a call from the company saying that I had been undercharged, and needed to pay the rest of the balance.
