    Painting of external timber detail. As always, Rich was extremely helpful and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Everything was kept tidy and I continue to go back to Locks Heath Builders for any work I need. Highly recommend.

    Brilliant job, carried out quickly and efficiently.

    I used these builders to replace the patio tiles on my balcony. They responded promptly with a competitive quote and once engaged came promptly to do the job. The builder was very careful with keeping the mess to a minimum as he had to go through the flat. I'm really pleased with the end result, it was just what I wanted. I'd happily engage them again for any other building jobs.

    Locks Heath Builders have recently completed a double garage conversion for us. I cannot speak too highly of them, both in their friendly and professional manner throughout and in the high standard of their work. The house was empty during the work, and we were kept regularly informed of progress. They did everything possible to meet our requirements and finished the work in good time. Their knowledge of all things related not only to building but to what's available as far as fixtures and fittings go was extremely helpful. The end result is just what we had hoped for!

    Great job on renovations and repair

    Locks Heath Builders carried out some renovation and repair work for us - fascia replacement, guttering and redecorating. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and to a very good standard. We were really pleased. I’d definitely recommend Richard and the team for future work.
