  Oleksandr replaced our front and back door locks in our new flat. The locks were a bit unusual and needed to be specially ordered, but he got this all sorted within 3 days. Very friendly, knowledgeable, great communication, couldn't recommend him more.

  Excellent experience. The potential costs were thoroughly outlined up front, the repair was completed less than 90 minutes after the job was raised in the check-a-trade site, and he went above and beyond, not just repairing the faulty module itself, but realigning the plates in the frame to make the door less likely to stick at no extra cost. Locks and Glass will be my go-to locksmiths from now on.
