Needed to replace a lock after the keys had been lost and thought I could do it myself . Then realised i thought wrong. Time for a proffesional. Having booked a time and date, Kevin arrived as expected and on time. He had a very polite and proffesional manner throughout and in a short period of time the lock was replaced. Called Kevin at 5pm and came over the next day. Sorted the locks and the price was brilliant. I even locked myself out the next day and he came and sorted that as well. Job location: SP11Kev was brilliant, came round and fixed my stuck door lock. Kept me informed on the price of the parts and timescale. Fixed within a couple of hours. He also came back and fixed another issue at a later date. Quick, efficient and reliable.10 Needed a locked cupboard opened to access broken WiFi hub.

I called Kevin and explained how our WiFi hub was in a locked network cupboard and until we could get into the cupboard we were unable to work from home, would have no burglar alarm, no comms (no mobile signal at home!), no heating control etc. He was amazing and arrived to help within the hour.
