Kevin was quick to respond, and was able to get to us the next day. He immediately knew the issue, and was able to get the part, and fix the issue within about 1h of arriving. Needed to replace a lock after the keys had been lost and thought I could do it myself . Then realised i thought wrong. Time for a proffesional. Having booked a time and date, Kevin arrived as expected and on time. He had a very polite and proffesional manner throughout and in a short period of time the lock was replaced.
