My front door lock mechanism jammed and I was unable to open the door. I rang early morning, the phone was answered promptly and a convenient appointment was made to come and look at the door. Upon inspection I was advised of the failed part and the repair cost (VAT was advised). I gave the go ahead and as the part was carried as stock on the van the repair was completed quickly with me being kept informed of progress. All of the functions of the door were checked upon completion and adjustments were made were necessary. I was invited to check the door was operating correctly before paying. 👍
