Really quick response. Sorted the issue quickly and took time to explain the cause.

After leaving keys in the house I called up and Abu was on site within an hour, quick to note that the front door would be a big job and that the back door would be quicker and cheaper which is much appreciated. Job all done and tidied up quickly, great service, only small concern was on the job details where the office didn't take down my contact details so Abu wasn't able to update me on expected arrival time, but all told fantastic service

I left my keys at home and thought drilling the locks out was going to make a big mess but Abu barely left anything to hoover up. He came out despite football fans being out in force, was very polite and friendly, and did the job quickly and with minimal disruption at a much lower cost than other locksmiths in the area. For obvious reasons I hope we never see each other again - though should I do something this stupid again in future, I will be calling no one else. Thank you, Abu!

Abu was exceptional, very communicative when organising the visit and when explaining the issue. He was incredibly polite and the work was carried out professionally and quickly. Hopefully we don't have to, but i'd definitely reach out to him again

Abu was brilliant. Not only was he incredibly professional and lovely, but he also successfully managed to help us regain entry to our house by opening 2 locks leaving no damage. He worked quickly and with great professionalism, we're very grateful!!
