Job location: E2I had a commendable experience with Abu Khan, the locksmith who came to our aid when we were locked out of our Airbnb. My friends struggled with a cracked key for over 45 minutes while caring for their 7-month-old baby, who was two hours past her bedtime. What stood out was Abu's remarkable generosity. He noticed us in distress when my friend's husband called for help and selflessly decided to assist. He arrived quickly, offered a fair price, and efficiently duplicated the key, allowing us to get back inside. Chad advised on the most suitable locks for my door and once I’d ordered my lock promptly arranged to come and install my new lock. He arrived promptly, was polite and courteous. Explained everything and fitted the lock. Great work, left no mess, worked promptly and was pleasant to talk to.
