    Excellent service and advice

    LockRite were excellent in handling my call and getting their locksmith, Mornay, to my property all within two hours! Mornay himself was extremely helpful, personable and efficient fitting a new front door lock, resolving a UPVC window lock issue and providing some useful general window lock operating advice. I would happily use his services again.

    Morne arrived promptly & fitted a new lock having explained the problems with the existing one. He also provided very helpful advice on where it was worth or not worth fitting locks in other areas which was much appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

    Couldn't have asked for better. I called Morne for emergency repairs. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call. He made both repairs, explaining everything to me as he went. He completed the job, tested everything with me, and tidied up. Fab service, would recommend and will call Morne again for any future lock work.

    Contact made on the 11th Dec, new locks fitted both front and rear on the 12th. Arrived earlier than scheduled, friendly, even helped me and my dad take luggage up to the new flat. Very kind, didn’t have to and went the extra mile. Even got our boiler working and under floor heating, to say he went above and beyond is an understatement- will use Morne for all of my locksmith requirements. A tradesman I will save details and use in future. Thank you for being so efficient and supportive.
