Polite, on time, tidy and professional. Called Sam out after I lost a few tiles and some cement on my roof in the recent storm. I was worried so he fitted me in his diary and turned up on time. After the job was done he said the cost was less than initially quoted which is unheard of. Top guy who didn't take advantage of the situation unlike a lot of people would. Would recommend this guy to anyone.
