    French door lock replacement

    We’re about to put our house up for sale and our kids had lost the key to our French doors leading outside to the garden. We needed the locks replacing including new keys. Very good communication, smooth & easy service. Will use again.

    Lock replacement

    Key broke off in room door lock so was unable to get in. Lee responded swiftly to my call and was able to replace the lock in good time. Would highly recommend!

    I couldn't get the front door to unlock

    I called on Sunday evening and he answered quickly and came straight out which was very much appreciated as I had two young children with me in the car and it was a chilly night. He arrived promptly and resolved the problem with no damage to the door. He then gave some excellent security advice and fitted a new internal door lock at my request- for my own peace of mind. This was done at a extremely reasonable cost too, which was very much appreciated. Excellent service & true professional. Cannot recommend enough!

    Front and back door locks

    We had problems when the back door would not unlock and then the front door would not lock - 10pm! An early call was quickly followed by Lee arriving when he said he would and doing an excellent job. He is a pleasant, professional and competent man and we would definitely recommend him.
