  Replace worn part

  I was having a problem with a UPVC door handle that was not operating properly. Tim was able to identify the issue and replace the worn part. He was professional, reliable and knowledgeable could not ask for more. Would recommend/ use again.

  Securing and repairing patio doors

  I called Sunday morning and Tim Ashby answered. I told him the perceived problem and he said he would be there at 1300. Tim arrived on time and was friendly , knowledgeable and took time to show and explain the problem. He secured the doors overnight and arrived back on time Monday morning and replaced the worn out part. I asked the price on the first visit and was pleased to find the final bill was exactly as it should be. Tim is very competitive price wise and is someone I will highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith. Tim is a credit to the locksmith trade and I'm glad I found him.

  Door hinge adjustment and alignment

  Tim did an outstanding job at my house. I reached out to him on Monday evening, and he arrived promptly the next morning. He assured me that if he couldn't resolve my issue, there would be no charge. I had two patio doors and a front door that had dropped significantly, but Tim managed to realign them and ensure they closed perfectly. His workmanship was excellent, and his demeanor was fantastic. I can't recommend him highly enough!

  Repair a broken lock

  Tim arrived at my house the same day I contacted him. I received a quote from another local provider without them coming out which seemed expensive. Tim came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly for half the cost I would've paid the other provider. Lovely guy and I would highly recommend! Thank you!
