My parents have needed to call out Alastair twice in recent months due to a problematic door in a new property. Both times were out of hours, the first time on a Sunday afternoon and the second time on a Saturday evening. Each time he arrived within the hour, quickly fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable rate indeed. He's also a super nice person, friendly, and professional. More than happy to recommend this company.
