Front door lock becoming very difficult to use, contacted Alistair who arranged to come next day Dead on time, diagnosed problem very quickly and had the replacement items needed to hand in his van Very quick job, very professional, good pricing and tidied up after the work - can't fault this company and would use again

Front door lock seized up and stopped working. Called Alaister early on Monday morning and he arranged to call 2.00pm that day. He arrived on time and after removing the lock diagnosed a faulty gear box on the lock . He duly removed and replaced the faulty part and the door was working perfectly once again within the hour. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable Alastair then adjusted and realigned my French Doors which had always been catching ever since we moved into our new house just over three years ago. Top class service from a top class tradesman. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, from requesting a quote to being with us, it was less than 24 hours. Could not fault the contact and communication, or the repair. The job turned out a little more difficult than anticipated; however, Holly was lovely about this and even sorted the door alignment, which wasn't the issue we had initially requested a quote for. Will definately be using again, and also for our commercial property.
