Craig from Lockforce was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed a faulty gearbox on my front door and provided a temporary repair to keep things secure. True to his word, he returned the next day to replace it entirely. Professional, efficient, and reliable—couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!

Craig is skillful and efficient. He explained the possible issues in details and described what he will do clearly. Two door locks got fixed in only half an hours.

Highly recommended. Craig was very responsive after my key failed to open the door, leaving me locked out. Firstly he was able to come out at very short notice on a weekend. When I eventually got into the house he advised how to improve the locking mechanism as a temporarily fix, to avoid replacing the barrel. After the weekend I asked him to return to change the lock as it was very old. He replaced the lock and adjusted the fitting so the new keys turn smoothly. Craig kept in touch via text and arrived when he said he would. He is very professional & we are pleased with the end result.
