I rang James in the morning to see about getting a door lock replaced. He was pleasant and communicative, and took my tenants number. He liaised directly with her, gave me a clear idea of what it would cost, and texted to confirm. By 2pm the job was done and my tenant was very pleased.

We met James on moving day to our new home, as the sales agent lost the keys. He appeared within the hour, was through the locks, fitted a temporary lock, returned the next business and sorted replacements and assisted in improving locks across the house, as they were quite dated. All the while providing helpful but price conscious guidance along the way. He’s a pro, punctual, reasonably priced and a very nice man. Highly recommended.
