Job location: SO16Absolutely fantastic experience with Chris today. Locked out of property. Chris clearly set out his pricing on initial call and gave timescale he could attend by. Both pricing and timescales were met. Work was carried out with care and consideration for the property. Chris was really prompt and really helpful. Can’t recommend him highly enough. He was able to unlock my shed door after the mechanism jammed due to key breaking in lock. Emergency call out late Saturday night into Sunday Morning. Chris responded and arrived within half an hour and was greeted with what turned out to be a tricky entry totalling a few hours. He worked through various solutions and eventually gained entry with no damage, enabling him to replace failed parts and complete the job in one take.
