Lea at Lockforce was very helpful following a call in the morning, he texted early for an afternoon visit to understand the lock problem. Upon arrival and a quick diagnosis a replacement lock was installed to a multipoint locking system on a front door. Work was tidy, efficient and some advice also given on a wrongly installed cylinder by the housebuilder.

Lea has done work for us on a number of occasions and his work is always very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Lea successfully released a jammed lock on our bifold door. He arrived promptly, was courteous and tidy and did a stirling job of getting the lock and door to move freely again. As the door was jammed open, we were in desperate need and Lea managed to do what 3 other locksmiths wouldn't/couldn't. Would highly recommend.
