Exceptional service from a true professional which is becoming increasingly difficult to find. It is not often you find a genuine and very friendly tradesman that fits all 3 requirements of timely, good quality and very competitive pricing but John certainly did. Our door lock was broken and I couldn't see how the door could be opened but John carefully worked through the problem and fitted a new lock solving the problem 100% to our satisfaction. We would absolutely use him again if required.

It was lovely meeting John today. He replaced my lock on my front door, fixed my living room window and took a look at my bathroom window as well. He was super flexible with my last minute needs and was super up for looking at everything else that was going wrong.
