I had to change the locks of the house urgently, and they were able to send someone to assist in a few hours. They did a great job, were friendly and gave great advice.

Tyrone was great! Front door lock was jamming so Tryone reached out straight away with what he thought was the problem and quoted how much he thought it would be to fix. He then arranged a time to come over and did a temporary fix to the door whilst waiting for the parts to come in. Throughout the whole process (although was only a week!) Tyrone kept us up to date and replied to any emails so quickly. Really pleased with the speedy fix and would 100% recommend.

Easy to communicate with, efficient and gives you all the options. Used a few times now and always a great service and good value for money would recommend.

Got the call not even 10 minutes after putting up the request. Came and replaced our lock within a few hours on a Saturday night. There was a slight extra charge for weekend work but as it was an emergency it was very reasonable. Very friendly and work carried out quickly.
