Very quick to respond to my query on WhatsApp on Dec 27th and provide a quote based on what I had described as the problem. Arrived when he said and fixed in 25 minutes - very polite and efficient although I do now think I have been overcharged for labour. £230 bill for a £30 part at Screwfix - Frustrating as I was not told (and didn’t ask!) what the part cost was. When googling the fault I was seeing more expensive repairs but now know this was a £30 part. Even with an hours round trip from Milton Keynes £200 labour seems high - £133 an hour? Perhaps my bad for not asking for a breakdown?

Wet Sunday afternoon, attempting to leave the house and found my front door would not lock behind me! Found Lockforce via Checkatrade, called and explained the problem. Arrived within 40 minutes, then diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed component quickly and effectively. Very good service, courteous and communicative. Rates very reasonable for Sunday emergency call out. Highest possible recommendation, would use again without hesitation.
