John is knowledgable, experienced & friendly, his high level of workmanship troubled shooted the issue in no time at all. He’s easy to communicate with and completed the work to a high standard.

John was very good in sorting problems with two of the doors on our property. He went to extensive measures to source the bespoke parts as quickly as possible, and completed the work in a timely manner. We're really pleased with the result! John was also very amiable, a very nice guy who knows his stuff. I enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his explanation of all that he was doing, so I could understand exactly what had gone wrong and how he'd fixed it. I would wholeheartedly recommend John, and will look forward to working with him again in the future :-)

John is an extremely nice person, very knowledgeable with his work knew straight away what the problem was and managed to unlock the door, as it was a good sturdy door advised me to consider a new lock it was installed few days later. Door works perfect now certainly would call on John again if any problems with my locks in the future. Certainly would recommend him.

Quick to respond and identify the cause of a troublesome sticking lock, noting the mechanism in door just needed servicing but door handle mechanism had perished. Arranged and fitted replacement handles. Impressed with his standards - John noticed the replacements had been delivered with a cosmetic defect and he wasn’t satisfied with the result, and arranged to return to replace them, which he did. Much appreciated and a pleasure to deal with.

John did a great job. Initially I thought we might need a new locking mechanism as well as handle which had sheard. He only repaired what needed to be repaired and fully inspected everything else. An honest, prompt and friendly service. I can't recommend John highly enough!
