John was great - came to us on day of call out, worked out the problem quickly and fixed it. A friendly, professional and hassle-free service. Would recommend and use again.

I would thoroughly recommend John to anyone needing help sorting out a problem with a door; I just wish I had contacted him sooner. He knew exactly what the problem was with my door which would not lock properly even though I had just had a new lock fitted. Basically, it was not aligned. Having assessed the problem on an initial visit, he returned a week later to sort the problem by chiselling the door and inserting new pads. He was polite and courteous and cleared up when he had finished. A friend had recommended him to me; if only I had contacted him sooner.

This was second time that I used John's service. John attended the same day. He explained in detail what was broken and replaced the lock at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and reliable service that I cannot appreciate enough.
