Our front door lock has begun jamming. It would occasionally not unlock leaving us trapped inside the house. After contacting Allan he was able to provide a reasonable and accurate quote. I then rang him the next day to confirm the work was still needed and he had same day availability. He was friendly throughout the process and inspected the lock and changed it for us. The job was done quickly too which is always a bonus. I am very pleased with the result.

Allen was friendly over the phone and in person. Was on the job within 25 minutes and completed with 30 minutes. Highly recommend his service and prices.
