Mark from Lockforce was awesome - quick to come out, even quicker to find the issue and do a temporary fix. A couple of days later he was able to completely replace the mechanism as needed. He was brilliant to have about the house and a joy to chat with too. A++++++++

Excellent service. Reliable and explained everything

I had an issue with my door and called Mark for help. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and had the problem sorted in no time. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was secure before leaving. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if needed. Highly recommend!

We were unable to gain entry to our home due to the door dropping and the lock not activating. Mark attended promptly and successfully gained entry into our home. He fixed the door and the lock so that it wouldn’t happen again. He was very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I had a front door that would not open. Mark opened the door without damaging it at all. A bolt within the mechanism had snapped off so I replacement was ordered and fitted. I was kept informed at every stage and now have a fixed front door. This is the second time I have used Mark's services and would recommend him as his work and communication is spot on.
