  Front door lock repair

  Clive was super responsive, coming back to me same day after I messaged him to see if he could help fix our sticky front door lock. He sent a clear explanation of the solution and cost, and was clear about additional costs that we might need to consider if his original diagnosis required more work. We were able to quickly find a date that worked within an hour of initial contact from him. He arrived early, validated his diagnosis of the problem and explained everything he was going to do before starting and everything he’d done afterward. Cleaned up after great work. No hesitation to recommend

  Replacement Ultion lock

  Clive was great, he responded to our initial request extremely quickly and came out to replace the lock on the same day. Fast, efficient, friendly service. This wasn't even an emergency situation. Couldn't be happier!
