  A lock barrel had become loose and I couldn’t unlock the door

  I contacted Clive who responded straight away and immediately understood the problem. He talked me through it via WhatsApp and sorted the problem without ever visiting the site. And would not take any money for getting me out of a hole. Thank you Clive. We’ve just moved to the area and you’re the first contractor we’ve needed to call.   New front door handle and lock

  Utility door lock broke and couldn't open or shut.

  I am a very new customer for Clive. For safety reasons I had to engage someone asap to repair/replace the lock of the utility door. I contacted Clive last Sunday and left a message within few minutes he responded. Firstly he explained thoroughly about common problems which could happen with locks. He sounded like a professional & experienced person to me. The next day in the morning he arrived on time did the job and explained about the guarantee on the job.Very polite, expereinced & a quick worker. No doubt I am happy to recommend his service to anyone. Thanks to Clive and Checkatrade.
