After posting the issue on checkatrade Daniel came very quickly to look at our sticking bifold door. He spent some time adjusting the locking and closing mechanisms and kept me informed of all the issues he was checking and identifying. Sadly, despite his very best efforts the issue was identified as being the door itself and not the lock, which required a different type of professional. Daniel did not want any payment for his time despite trying numerous solutions which demonstrates his professionalism. I would most definitely call on him again. thank you Daniel!
