  Breaking in a broken door and replacing a faulty lock

  Lee came immediately to my property, assessed the situation, gave me a quote and then proceeded to get in my house without breaking through my door or frame. It took hours, but he persevered and got me in. He changed the locks and handle and then adjusted my door too. He spent time to ensure the job was done properly and was true to his quote.

  I have used Lee before and was so impressed with his work that I immediately went back to him again for another job. Lee is polite and friendly and the work undertaken is explained to you and completed in a timely manner. I can’t fault him at all

  Change door lock to a higher security lock

  Lee was punctual, polite and courteous throughout. Unlike a lot of trades people he always informed us of his time of arrival and kept us up to date between the survey, ordering of parts and installation. I would say he went over and above what was asked of him which is a rarity nowadays, hence the 10/10 marking. We will use Lee again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
